PEKPPP Document Exploration, SIPP Integration Aspect and Public Service Complaints

BPS of South Bangka Regency also participated in the Zoom meeting which discussed the PEKPPP Document Exploration with a focus on the SIPP integration aspect and complaint mechanisms as part of efforts to improve the quality and transparency of public services. This activity aims to explore and explore the PEKPPP documents of each work unit so that the integration process between SIPP and the complaint system can run effectively so that the public can obtain more responsive and accountable services.
