Abstract

The export value of Bangka Belitung Islands Province in October 2017 reached US $ 165.9 million, up 24.20 percent compared to the export value of October 2016.

The value of tin exports rose 29.98 percent, while non-wholesale climbed 2.83 percent (y-on-y).

Compared to the previous month (m-to-m), the value of exports decreased by 0.44 percent. However, tin exports increased by 0.69 percent, while non tin decreased by 5.37 percent.

Cumulatively, the export value of Bangka Belitung Islands Province from January to October 2017 reached US $ 1,441.5 million. The role of tin reached 78.02 percent.

Singapore absorbed 31.92 percent (US $ 359 million) of tin exports, while Australia absorbed 17.91 percent (US $ 56.8 million) of non-commercial exports.

The value of mineral fuel exports (HS 27) in January-October 2017 amounted to US $ 147.4 million or 46.51 percent of the total export of the province of Bangka Belitung Province.
