Abstract

In 2019, BPS conducts a Data Needs Survey (DNS). The 2019 DNS results are presented in the form of publications containing data user characteristics, data needs analysis, data satisfaction analysis, satisfaction analysis of BPS. In addition, this analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
