Abstract

  • Bangka Belitung Islands Consumer Tendency Index (ITK) in Quarter III-2019 of 99.20. This means, according to consumer perceptions in quarter III-2019 economic conditions tend to be pessimistic compared to quarter II-2019.
  • The decline in consumer perceptions of consumer economic conditions in quarter III-2019 compared to quarter II-2019 was influenced by the decline in the three ITK constituent variables, namely the Consumption Volume Index (104.65), Current Income Index (97.92), and the Influence Influence Index to the level consumption (97.30).
  • The value of Bangka Belitung Islands ITK in quarter IV-2019 is estimated at 97.23. According to consumers' perceptions, they are still pessimistic about the economic conditions in the coming quarter.
  • The Future Income Index is estimated at 100.31. According to consumers' perceptions income in quarter IV-2019 tends to be stable or the same as quarter III-2019. In general, consumers do not have plans to buy durable goods, recreation or holding a party / celebration. The Index Value for the Purchase of Durable, Recreation and Party / Celebration Items is under 100, which is 91.84.
